IBM Service Agreement
SimpleTech Memory & Hard Drives Meeting the Requirements of the Technical Support Agreement Between SimpleTech and IBM Are Eligible for IBM Service
The Requirements Are Described In The Letter Below.
In addition to the SimpleTech lifetime warranty and free technical support, SimpleTech products for IBM are covered by IBM Technical Support. IBM will provide service to these SimpleTech products under the IBM maintenance agreement terms and conditions between IBM and SimpleTech.This means that customers who purchase an IBM maintenance agreement or an IBM warranty upgrade can receive IBM service for selected SimpleTech products which are listed in the Eligible Product List set forth in the Agreement between IBM and SimpleTech and are installed in or attached to IBM PCs, PC workstations, servers (PC, Netfinity, and X-Series) laptops, and printers.
